Mark’s career progressed
from sales then sales management, general management
and finally board positions; ultimately managing
director of a group of companies with £30
million sales and 300 employees plus subcontractors.
In a period of four years
he sold businesses totalling £9 million
and then he went back to university to complete
a master’s degree in business administration.
His consulting/training/coaching
business brings together Marks experience and
training to help fellow entrepreneurs achieve
fantastic results.
Marks questioning skills quickly
unearth hidden marketing assets and growth opportunities,
leading to significant improvements in his clients
businesses.
For example, he spent an afternoon
with one client. saw something that was overlooked
in terms of how the business was organised,
he made a simple, yet elegant recommendation,
which led to sales the following month increasing
by 150%.
His business goal is quite
simple – to help his clients become more
successful, by assisting them improve sales
and marketing and helping overcome whatever
is stopping them achieve the success they desire.
Mark is all about implementation,
